Improved communications between scientists and elected officials is key for securing support for research and for education, for the progress of science, and for the assuring sound fiscal and policy decisions. WISL staff and students reach out to all three branches of government at the Wisconsin State Capitol through organized activities aimed at increasing the level of science literacy among top decision makers and their staffs. |
